"Mike Guerin's office increased the homeowner's insurance premium 5 weeks after closing on a home with no justification. When we asked why, the representative at his office laughed and hung up the phone. We have attempted to reach Mike to report this issue 5x, but he never returns phone calls, and his office staff has continued to hang up on us. If you want to be bait and switched by an insurance agent, Mike is your guy. Update: Mike finally called back and confirmed his staff sends out evidences of insurance with premiums that are not real and blamed their underwriter instead for increasing it later on. Other State Farm agents in the area all confirmed this is absolutely incorrect and should never happen. Also, his staff and their friends have now been leaving negative reviews on our company google page all afternoon."

"I’ve been with State Farm for over ten years now and in the past year or so the customer service has gotten really bad . They hardly ever answer the phone . I called one time and at 3pm and was told everyone is out on lunch break and never got a call back . They rarely call me back when they say they will . They don’t return calls after leaving a message . I have to tell them multiple times and send them the same information after being asked from different employees . I went to the office to ask some questions and it looked like a day care with kids running all over the place . Im looking into switching over to Progressive insurance with all of my vehicles and house now ."

"State Farm is typically top notch. This agency absolutely misses the mark. They have a customer who wants to rent our Porsche tomorrow. Mercedes told their insured he is not covered. I call them and talk to Brandy, she tells me the same thing. I call State Farm corporate and they tell me he is covered. I 3 way called Corporate in to the local agency and they refused to speak with us and told us they needed permission from customer. I let them know they already discussed their policy with me and she started talking in circles. I then ask her name to which she ignored 3 times, she finally responded “Kaylene” and hung up. The owner Mike is out of town they told me and would call me back Monday. If you’re looking for an agency that is competent, I suggest to look elsewhere. These seem to be ladies with terrible attitudes and making things up as they go."

This time, they didn't. When I realized it, I called them to let them know about the situation. They said I'd need a new quote. They increase my monthly by $100. When I said I'd look around due to the increase, the agent laughed. Disgusted I've given them my loyalty for over ten years."

The staff were rude and not helpfull at all.I have been a trucker in the oilfield for 12 years everyone knows the oilfield has long hours with very little time to rest and eat.they cancel my policie without letting me know with a email,or phone call or text message.with the excuse ( couldnt verify my license)If you want to be with a office that dont care for you or your car.This is definately the place to be.Sorry state farm you have staff like this who dont care for the drivers in the oilfield."
